RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to send it back to us!

Our return policy is for store credit only.

Items are eligible for return if:

Items are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, be free of any stains of any kind as well as animal hair, and with the original tags on.

Items are received with 14 days from the original purchase date. 

    All Sale merchandise and Warrior Paint Cosmetics purchases are non-returnable. 

    COUPON CODE PURCHASES:  Any full priced items purchased with a coupon code are available to return for store credit.  Any sale items purchased with a coupon code are final sale.  No returns, no exchanges. 

    If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date.

    RETURNING AN ORDER

    To return an item by mail:

    Enclose a copy of your receipt, highlighting or circling which items you are returning

      Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us

      Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

      Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.

      Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled or modifed.
